Configuration With 0.3mm ultra-fine contact diameter and 16 low-voltage pin core configuration, it features a compact mini push-pull structural design, greatly saving installation space and perfectly matching the miniaturization design requirements of UAV pod, binocular and monocular precision optical equipment.

Optimized structural design ensures super anti-vibration performance, matching the high-frequency vibration working environment of UAV flight and mobile security & defense equipment, with 5000 times mechanical life and firm push-pull locking, avoiding accidental disconnection caused by vibration.

IP68 Full-sealed Protection & Extreme Pressure Resistance

Reaching IP68 top waterproof and dustproof grade, it withstands a maximum environmental pressure of 60bar (870psi), adapting to outdoor rain, humidity and even short-term underwater working conditions, and is suitable for UAV pod and outdoor security & defense equipment in complex environments.

High-performance Shielding & Anti-interference

Professional shielding structure achieves 75dB shielding performance at 10MHz and 40dB at 1GHz, effectively resisting electromagnetic interference in complex security & defense environments, ensuring stable transmission of weak signals of binocular/monocular optical and UAV pod equipment.

High-grade Material & Corrosion Resistance

Adopting gold-plated brass contacts and nickel-plated brass (gun color) housing/nuts, with PPS high-temperature resistant insulation, it passes 96hr salt spray corrosion test, adapting to outdoor salt fog and harsh industrial environments, and ensuring low contact resistance and long-term conductivity stability.

Wide Environmental Adaptability & Reliable Electrical Performance

Working stably in -40°C~125°C extreme temperature range and ≤95% high humidity, with contact resistance ≤12.5mΩ, insulation resistance 5000MΩ and 750V withstand voltage, it ensures reliable 1A rated current transmission for long-term operation of security & defense and optical equipment.
