MGG.2KP.308.UWLL is a high-performance IP68 fixed socket connector of MGG-2KP series, engineered for medical and semiconductor fields with 2-32 core configurable design and 308 pin configuration. Featuring 360° EMC shielding, bio-compatible high-grade materials and >200 times steam sterilization capacity, it has ultra-high environmental adaptability and mechanical durability. With IP68 waterproof performance in mated state and excellent anti-vibration & shock resistance, it ensures stable signal and power transmission in harsh medical and industrial working conditions. The KP connector reaches IP68 protection grade in mated state with panel waterproof and tail potting sealing design, effectively preventing water and dust intrusion even in harsh wet or dusty environments, fully meeting the high sealing requirements of medical and semiconductor equipment.
Excellent 360° EMC Shielding Performance
KP features professional shielding structure with 75dB shielding at 10MHz and 40dB at 1GHz, realizing 360° EMC anti-interference, ensuring stable signal transmission without external interference for precision medical and semiconductor detection equipment.
Medical Grade Steam Sterilization Capacity
The connector supports more than 200 times of steam sterilization at 134°C, with bio-compatible material selection, fully meeting the high sterilization and biocompatibility requirements of clinical medical equipment and surgical instruments, and no performance degradation after repeated sterilization.
Extreme Mechanical & Environmental Adaptability
KP resists 15g vibration (10Hz~2000Hz) and 100g shock (6ms), works stably in -55°C~+150°C temperature range and ≤95% humidity (60°C), and passes 96hr salt spray corrosion test, adapting to various extreme working conditions.
Ultra-long Mechanical Life & Low Contact Resistance
